Syed Afshan Chishty, member Rajasthan Madarsa Board was coordinating with BJP minority members across the state to attend the public meeting in Jaipur.
Special seating arrangements have been made for beneficiaries while others have to occupy the seating in the back.
Multiple visits were made to the venue by BJP leaders and state government representatives to oversee the arrangements.
"I am excited to see Prime Minister Narendra Modi in real for the first time," said Yadav.BJP minority morcha members were given separate targets to bring community members to the rally.
The PM will also lay the foundation stone for 13 urban infrastructure projects worth Rs 2,100 crore.
