8k widows of Mathura, Vrindavan to be served meals

Agra: The 8, 8,000 widows of Vrindavan and Mathura will be provided with meals by an organization called Akshaya Patra Foundation. We believe that everyone deserves a healthy, balanced meal, which is why we have opened our kitchens to the 8,000 widows residing in Mathura and Vrindavan to come and eat at our centres.”Presently, the foundation says that it feeds over 1,000 widows through it’s various distribution centres in Vrindavan. It has invited all widows residing in the holy city to be part of the event.Bharatshabha Dasa, director of AkshayaPatra Foundation said, “We have envisioned a world that is hunger free. We currently feed 17 lakh children across India.
