Scolded for skipping school, 13-year-old boy hangs self

Sitting through never-ending classes, listening to teachers and bowing to discipline proved to be such an ordeal for Shivam Kumar that when reprimanded for skipping school, he allegedly hanged himself from a neem tree, 1.5 km from his house. Shivam’s family members reached the spot and identified his body.According to sub inspector Rajendra Kumar Sharma at Lodha police station, the body has been sent for a post-mortem.
