In UP, ticketless youth jumps off running train after seeing TTE, dies

AGRA: A 20-year-old youth, who was traveling on a train without a ticket, was crushed under the wheels of the locomotive when he jumped from the coach in panic after spotting the train ticket examiner (TTE). When the train stopped, I stepped outside to check only to find Sanju trapped under the wheels.” I and Sanju decided to part ways as soon as we entered the train to avoid getting caught by the TTE. He was heading to Ludhiana with his friend for a daily wage job.According to an official, Sanju panicked when he saw the TTE and jumped off the train. The incident took place near Narauli Bridge in Mathura district on Wednesday morning.The victim has been identified as Sanju, a resident of Tikamgarh in Madhya Pradesh .
