Tribune News Service Amritsar July 13 The district reported 10 positive cases on Tuesday with which the total count increased to 46957. The district has reported no death due to the disease. The cases reported today include six influenza-like illness cases and four contacts of positive patients. With the recovery of 10 patients the recovery count has improved to 45238. The district at present has a total of 141 active cases. Meanwhile 3836 persons were given the jab for Covid-19 during the ongoing vaccination drive. Of the total 3744 were inoculated in urban areas while only 92 were given the vaccination in rural areas. No death in Tarn Taran Two cases of Covid were reported on Tuesday in the district. With no death on Tuesday the toll remains 370 so far. Deputy Commissioner Kulwant Singh said total 297735 samples have been collected so far of which 290159 were negative. There are 40 active cases of which 29 have been isolated at their respective homes. — OC
