4 get life sentence for killing man over property dispute in Badaun

Bareilly: A Badaun court has sentenced four persons to life imprisonment for killing a man over property dispute in 2015. Two brothers-- Shailendra and Dharmendra-- along with their two friends had shot dead their uncle, Ramesh Chandra, after a dispute over a property in July 2015. The court said that of the total fine collected from convicted men, Rs 1.50 lakh will be given to Kumari. But they were also attacked and injured, she said. The woman alleged that Rajendra’s sons and aides who were armed with bamboo sticks and guns surrounded Chandra and shot him dead.In her complaint, Kumari said that she and some of her relatives had rushed to help Chandra.
