VTU follows an online method where colleges can download question papers half an hour before the examination. The examination was scheduled at 9.30 a.m. and students alleged that the question paper was being circulated on social networking platforms about half an hour before that. Once the inquiry is complete, the university will decide on the next course of action,” Mr. Karisiddappa said. “We have sought CCTV camera footage at all levels that includes question paper downloading, packing, and distributing it to the students.” He said the university would issue a detailed statement on Monday.
