D Roopa, is not alone in her crusade against corruption but recetly, another top cop in Uttar Pradesh DSP Shrestha Thakur was transferred for raising her voice against politicians. Another cop USha Somvanshi of Madhya Pradesh Police was transferred for removing the black filter from the car glasses. The list is endless as politicians have always tried to bully the honest police officers since ages and this becomes easy when the officer is a woman at the other side of the table since these goons feel its easy to dominate the woman officer but often they forget that its these brave daughters in the uniform show the guts to protest as it happened in case of these offiecrs. Well, these women in unform deserves a big respect for their courage but it`s high time the administration must take a call as these transfers are demoralising the society and police force.
