Six persons booked for hitting 50-year-old

Berasia police have booked six persons for attacking a 50-year-old man with wooden sticks and sharp edged weapons at Birrai village on Thursday; accused had dispute over land and wanted to acquire forcefully. In a violent clash victim identified as Arshad Ali was injured that took place between two groups, at farms at Birrai village. In the attack, the victim sustained injuries and managed to escape the spot and lodged complaint against the accused. The accused hired goons to attack him and they attacked with the motive to kill but he managed to escape. Meanwhile, Kolar have booked seven persons for attacking a catering provider with wooden sticks and sharp-edged weapons after the victim refused to provide tent free of cost; incident took place at Rajvadya colonh in the evening on Thursday.

Berasia police have booked six persons for attacking a 50-year-old man with wooden sticks and sharp edged weapons at Birrai village on Thursday; accused had dispute over land and wanted to acquire forcefully. In a violent clash victim identified as Arshad Ali was injured that took place between two groups, at farms at Birrai village. The attack which was fuelled with old enmity over land which was in the name of victim’s wife and accused who are her relatives and wanted to acquire the land forcefully attacked the victim while he was involved in soughing work at his farms which it the piece of land and bone of contention. Police said that victim was at his farms when Abdul Wahid alias Pappu and five others came and started to abuse him and later he was attacked with wooden sticks and sharp edged weapon. In the attack, the victim sustained injuries and managed to escape the spot and lodged complaint against the accused. Based on the complaint of police have registered a case of assault and started further investigation. The injured were rushed to hospital where after providing treatment he was discharged. Victim who works with media claimed that he had informed and submitted application with the senior police officials regarding threat from the accused but no action was taken. The accused hired goons to attack him and they attacked with the motive to kill but he managed to escape. Meanwhile, Kolar have booked seven persons for attacking a catering provider with wooden sticks and sharp-edged weapons after the victim refused to provide tent free of cost; incident took place at Rajvadya colonh in the evening on Thursday. Police said that the victim Vinod was attacked by Jitu Yadav and his friend at his godown. The victim was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was discharged after providing treatment. In his complaint, the victim stated that Jitu holds grudge after he had refused to provide catering goods free of cost and to settle scores he attacked with his aides. After the preliminary investigation the police registered against the accused.
