BJP issues notice to Khanpur MLA Pranav Champion

DEHRADUN: The state unit of the BJP on Saturday issued a notice to the party’s Khanpur MLA Kunwar Pranav Singh Champion seeking an explanation for lashing out at the Trivendra Rawat government and thereafter meeting party’s national president Amit Shah in Delhi with allegations that the chief minister is shielding a powerful minister in his cabinet who is encouraging corruption.The controversial outspoken MLA has been given 10 days’ time to respond to the notice which was issued following an inquiry conducted by party leader Naresh Bansal.
