HC rejects review petition against its order upholding dissolution of Badri-Kedar committee

Nainital: The Uttarakhand high court on Thursday rejected a review petition filed against its July 11 order which had upheld the government decision to dissolve the Badri Kedar Temples Committee (BKTC).The review petition was filed by Diwakar Chamoli, a member of the committee.The division bench of Chief Justice K M Joseph and Justice Sharad Kumar Sharma on July 11 dismissed the order of a single bench by which the cash-rich BKTC had been restored.
