NEW DELHI: Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami performed the famous Ganga aarti at Haridwars Har Ki Pauri and prayed for the betterment of the state. Dhami expressed his wishes for prosperity and happiness in Uttarakhand and praised the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He also highlighted the importance of good governance and expressed his desire for Uttarakhand to become one of the top states in the country.During a media interaction, CM Dhami mentioned plans for the expansion of Satikund and the arrangement of a sound show in the area of Har Ki Pauri where the aarti takes place.He emphasized the ongoing efforts to develop the Ganga corridor and make Haridwar a more developed place, considering its popularity among visitors from around the world.Earlier, CM Dhami released the e-book "Meri Yojana" prepared by the Programme Implementation Department of the Uttarakhand Government. The book aims to explain the various public welfare schemes in simple language, making it easier for the general public, public representatives, officers, and personnel to understand and benefit from these schemes. It provides information about the application process, eligibility criteria, selection process, and required documents.CM Dhami expressed appreciation for the efforts of the Programme Implementation Department and stressed the importance of providing easy access to information about public welfare schemes. The book will serve as a useful resource for everyone interested in availing the benefits of these schemes.
