(with agency inputs) #MonsoonSession https://t.co/gWO0f2HLSV — ANI (@ANI) 1532064304000NEW DELHI: Some parts of Delhi-NCR witnessed rains on Friday morning.Daily commuters had a tough time in reaching to their destinations rains slowed down the traffic movement at several places in the morning peak hours.Waterlogging was also reported outside the Parliament .Earlier, Delhiites woke up to an overcast sky with the minimum temperature settling at 27.2 degrees Celsius and humidity at 91 per cent.The humidity level recorded at 8.30 am was 91 per cent.Rains were reported in parts of Delhi and neighbouring Noida and Gurugram on Thursday also causing waterlogging and traffic jams during evening peak hours.
