Another driver informed me in the morning and I had to travel all the way from Bhiwani to Gurugram to get the tag," said Sukhwinder Singh, one of the affected drivers. Another driver, Raju said- "The process of obtaining a tag is tedious and time-consuming. People like us who work every day hardly get time for these things." "I saved some money in the last few days before applying for the tag at Sirhaul border. Anyway, I am not going to earn any money on the weekend because of the time-consuming process of obtaining the RFID tag," said Govind Ram, a driver who came from Jaipur. Some other commercial vehicle owners went to Aya Nagar toll plaza to obtain the tag. Drivers have stated that it took around 15 to 20 minutes to obtain the tag after submitting the form with the center.
