NDMC organises Suvidha Camp to redress public grievances

New Delhi: Aiming to provide information, facilitation and grievance redressal for the benefit of its residents/services users, RWAs, MTAs, Stakeholders and other individual, New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) organised a 'Suvidha Camp' at NDMC Convention Centre on Saturday. Over 82 public grievances were received in person in the camp and these were discussed face to face by the public with the officials of variousNDMC departments to resolve them speedily. NDMC Chairman Dharmendra accompanied by Secretary Rashmi Singh supervised the camp by taking round of various desks/tables and interacted with the complainants. Directions were given to all concerned to resolve all complaints timely and to provide all assistance, information and redressal for grievances as soon as possible. The camp was attended by the representatives of RWAs, MTAs, Stakeholders and other individual residents or users of the civic services along with existing or ex-employees.
