"We already have a citizen experience feedback survey on our website on which the residents can give us a feedback on several ongoing development projects in the municipal area. The residents in the area would know best which projects are needed most in their locality and accordingly, they can inform us. We will evaluate the proposals submitted by them and take up the projects one by one. We will also ask them to tell us which projects they want us to take up first in their respective areas, so that we can prioritize these projects," said an MCG official. "It is our responsibility to ensure planned development, so that there is no overlapping and wastage of manpower and resources.
