Bagish.JhaGurgaon: On June 5, 2015, Amit Chaudhary was walking home with his uncle but never got there. Near Railway Vihar in Sector 57, the Class X student, all of 15, was critically injured in a hit-&-run. Amit died on the way to hospital.An FIR was registered the same day, under sections 279 (rash driving) and 304A (death in accident) of IPC at the Sector 56 police station.But the driver was not identified and soon, the file was closed.Amits father, Jitender, made many rounds of the police station, then decided to look for the truth himself.
