GUWAHATI: A day before the arrival of the massive Sankalp Yatra rally against the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill, police on Thursday clamped prohibitory orders in the city and the outskirts.The Sankalp Yatra, launched by the Krishak Mukti Sangram Samiti ( KMSS with 70 other ethnic organizations, is a bike rally flagged off from four corners of the state - Sadiya, Diphu, Jonai and Dhubri - on Sunday.
