Protest Against Citizenship Amendment Bill CAB Intensified

STAFF REPORTERGUWAHATI: The Veer Lachit Sena, Asom (VLSA) and the Jatiyatabad Punor Nirman Samiti, Asom (JPNSA) under the joint forum of CAB Virodhi Joutho Xongram Samiti, threatened of acute protest from Friday if the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill (CAB) is not scraped. Addressing the media at a press conference on Thursday, general secretary of VLSA, Rantu Pani Phukon said, “Under no circumstances will the Bill be accepted.
