COVID 19 All Guwahati Newspaper Hawkers Association suspend newspaper distribution

Staff ReporterGUWAHATI: As a preventive measure against the possible outbreak of COVID-19 in the region, the All Guwahati Newspaper Hawkers' Association (AGNHA) has decided not to distribute newspapers from March 24 till March 31. The decision was taken by the AGNHA at a meeting held here on Monday. According to a press release issued by the AGNHA, the decision has been taken in view of the current situation of the country as well as what is going on around the world. Hence in view of health of hawkers as well as the consumers, newspaper distribution will be halted till March 31.
