A video of a young girl being thrashed and raped by five men has gone viral on Social media. In the video, five men could be seen brutally beating the girl before tearing off her clothes. The video has been viral on social media since late Wednesday night. However, the time or place of the horrific incident is not yet clear.

Meanwhile, the Assam Police released screenshots from the video of the accused on its Twitter handle and have announced rewards on any information on them. The Assam Police said in a tweet, "Anyone with information about this crime or criminals can please contact us. In return, he will be given a good reward. "

The Delhi Police officer has reportedly clarified that the viral video has nothing to do with the late Lovikali Sumi, a Nagaland woman, who committed suicide in Rajasthan`s Jodhpur, where she worked.
