Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao on Sunday inaugurated a two-bedroom housing unit in Sircilla district. He had reached Medipally in Thanglapalli Mandal of the district.
KCR, who arrived as a special guest, did not get scissors for the inauguration.
Rao waited for some time and after that, he broke the ribbon by hand. Now the video of this incident is going viral on social media

CM Rao inaugurated 1,320 two-bedroom houses built at a cost of Rs 80 crore at KCR Nagar in Siddipet district. Telangana CMO said that CM Rao also inaugurated the Institute of Driving, Training and Research Center (IDTR) at Mandepalli & Nursing College in Shantinagar on Sunday. Along with this, CM also announced to increase the scholarship for nursing students.
