Hyderabad businessman presents gold sword worth Rs 1 cr to Lord Balaji of Tirupati

Tirumala Tirupati Balaji Temple located in Andhra Pradesh is counted among the most prestigious and rich temples of the country. In this temple, devotees make offerings worth crores of rupees to Lord Venkateswara Swamy.

A Hyderabad businessman on Monday presented a gold khadgam (sword) weighing five to Lord Venkateswara, located on the Tirumala hills of Tirupati. This sword is made of two kilograms of gold and three kilograms of silver and its cost is one crore rupees.

Tirumala Tirupati Balaji Temple located in Andhra Pradesh is counted among the most prestigious and rich temples of the country. In this temple, devotees make offerings worth crores of rupees to Lord Venkateswara Swamy.

Giving this information, an official of the temple said that the devotee has presented Surya Katari to the Lord.

Tirupati temple official said A Venkata Dharma Reddy, Additional Executive Officer, Tirumala-Tirupati Devasthanam, received the sword.
