Bhartiya Janata Party(BJP) has accused the Gehlot government of misusing the government machinery amid the polling for by-elections in the three seats of Rajsamand, Sahara and Sujangarh in the state.

BJP state president Satish Poonia said that if the voting percentage increases in the by-elections, it shows the failure of the government. Both the government and the machinery will lose in this by-election.

Poonia has accused Congress workers in Rajsamand of distributing money to woo voters, he said that BJP workers have caught them. At the same time, the police made the BJP workers sit in the police station overnight and they were threatened too. In Sahada, officers are bringing the MNREGA workers to the polling booth by bus and are appealing them to vote for Congress.

The BJP has been a complaint to the Election Commission in this matter. Satish Poonia also said, `Women have voted with enthusiasm in the elections, women and MNREGA workers are against the government`.
