Rajasthan is witnessing a steady decline in the number of Covid-19 cases and the state features among the top five states with the highest Covid vaccination.

Rajasthan`s Gehlot government has issued new guidelines on Saturday to control the spread of the Covid-19. New guidelines will take effect from Monday.

Rajasthan government has made at least one dose of the Covid-19 vaccine mandatory for entry in public places from June 28.

According to the new guidelines:

• The government offices in the state will open from 9.30 am till 6 pm from Monday.
• Government offices with 25 or lesser employees can operate with 100% workforce, while only 50% of employees will be permitted in offices with 25+ employees.
• 100 % workforce has been allowed in offices where 60 percent of the employees have been vaccinated with the first dose of vaccine.
• Gyms and restaurants that have more than 60% of their staff vaccinated will be able to open extra between 4 pm and 7 pm.
• Commercial establishments whose employees have been vaccinated can open for an additional three hours till 7 pm.
• Minibuses will be allowed to operate in the city only after the drivers and operators get at least the first dose of the vaccine. Private vehicles will be allowed movement from Monday to Saturday between 5 am to 8 pm.
• Parks will be open between 5 am and 8 am
• Religious places will also open with certain conditions.
• Banquet Halls, marriage garden, marriage hall, hotel complex etc will open from July 1 to organize marriage ceremonies with a maximum number of 40 people till 4 pm.
