Umpire Sangha named for IHL

Tribune News ServiceJalandhar, June 9Gurinder Singh Sangha, former AEO and lecturer at Government School Mithapur, Jalandhar, has been selected umpire manager in International Hockey League(IHL). The tournament will be played from June 15 and June 23. The International Hockey Federation is organising Women World Hockey Series in Japan. In 2018, Sangha was selected assistant umpire in the Asian Youth Olympic qualify round in Bangkok. Earlier, Sangha had worked as umpire manager in several junior and senior-level tournaments in the country along with Nehru Cup and Surjit Hockey Tournament.

Jalandhar, June 9 Gurinder Singh Sangha, former AEO and lecturer at Government School Mithapur, Jalandhar, has been selected umpire manager in International Hockey League(IHL). As many as eight teams are participating in the tournament. In 2018, Sangha was selected assistant umpire in the Asian Youth Olympic qualify round in Bangkok. Earlier, Sangha had worked as umpire manager in several junior and senior-level tournaments in the country along with Nehru Cup and Surjit Hockey Tournament.
