BRIEFLYJalandhar: A medallion presentation ceremony was organised by the Vajra Corps in the Jalandhar Cantonment on Friday. Lt-Gen Arvind Dutta, General Officer Commanding, Vajra Corps, felicitated meritorious officers, JCOs and jawans of the Vajra Corps who had performed well in various activities such as professional events, sports competition and aid to civil authorities in 2018-2019. A total of 68 serving personnel of the Vajra Corps were felicitated. The GOC, Vajra Corps, exhorted all ranks of the corps to perform the duties with great honour. A formal letter has been issued by Railway Minister Pyush Goyal which was received here by Som Parkash on Friday.
