Our CorrespondentPhagwara, November 8The police booked Shanti, a resident of Mauli village, under Sections 429 and 11(1) of the Prevention of Cruelty of Animals Act 1960 on the charges of injuring an animal near Mauli village on Tuesday. Man held with knife Phagwara: The Rawalpindi police arrested Mintoo, a resident of Jandu Singha village, on Wednesday and recovered a knife from his possession. No arrest has been made so far in this regard.
