Gangrape survivor 'raped' by cop in police station

JAMSHEDPUR: A 17-year-old gangrape survivor alleged on Tuesday that she was raped inside the Mango police station by a cop after being brought there by a patrolling team . "In February, after the girl was raped, a patrolling party brought her to Mango police station, where she was allegedly raped by a cop," a source said.Deputy SP K N Mishra said they are investigating the cop's involvement The victim, who was gangraped repeatedly in February 2017, filed a complaint on January 18, almost a year after the assault. Police are yet to identify the accused cop.
