The protesters relented after senior police officers assured of probe into their allegations. JAMSHEDPUR: Several auto-rickshaw drivers on Friday staged demonstrations at Sakchi roundabout here to protest against police harassment during the ongoing traffic department drive against overloading of passengers in three-wheelers.Accusing traffic police personnel of demanding money in excess of the penalty amount, auto-rickshaw drivers blocked the busy square by parking their vehicles and bringing morning traffic to a halt.
