'Stop release of ex-JMM chief's killer'

"The government should not be seen as an institution which sides with criminals as this would send wrong signal to people who have trusted the legal system," the MLA said, adding that he has written the letter after learning from press reports about the government's move to free the culprit.The firebrand JMM leader was shot dead at the Chamaria guest house in Bistupur police station area in broad daylight on August 8, 1987.
