"Shallow to moderate fog at isolated parts is very likely over Bihar, East Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Chattisgarh and Vidharbha in the next two days," IMD said, in its statement.Besides the deep depression, two cyclonic circulations were persisting above East Bangladesh and Madhya Pradesh, the statement added.It also predicted overcast conditions with chances of isolated showers on Sunday.

RANCHI: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Friday predicted shallow to moderate fog in isolated parts of the state in the next two days owing to a brewing deep depression over the southwest Bay of Bengal.In its evening weather bulletin, IMD New Delhi said the system, which was stationed 1,080km of Machalipatnam in Andhra Pradesh, was expected to become a severe cyclonic storm by December 17 and move northwest wards. "Shallow to moderate fog at isolated parts is very likely over Bihar, East Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Chattisgarh and Vidharbha in the next two days," IMD said, in its statement.Besides the deep depression, two cyclonic circulations were persisting above East Bangladesh and Madhya Pradesh, the statement added.It also predicted overcast conditions with chances of isolated showers on Sunday.
