KOLKATA: A woman from Barasat who had come to consult a doctor at the Medical College and Hospital, Kolkata, has alleged that she was robbed of Rs 2,000 and a gold ornament after being knocked unconscious near the principal’s office on Saturday.Victim Asima Kabasi alleged the accused had won her trust and then used chloroform to knock her unconscious at a spot near the morgue — a secluded area on the otherwise busy campus. The incident was reported around 10.30am.The Bowbazar police have registered a case. “It was a case of kepmari and we are investigating it.
