No mobile use for teachers inside class rules state education board

Kolkata: The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education has requested the teachers not to use mobile phones during the course of teaching.
A notification in this regard was issued on Tuesday, which prohibits random use of mobile phones/smartphones or bluetooth devices in class by the teachers.
The notification also prohibits students from bringing mobile phones and smartphones inside school premises.
The notification has been issued after it was found that many teachers use mobile phones while taking classes.
The headmasters have been instructed to intensify vigil to ensure that the students do not bring mobile phones to the school either.
