FOPSIA demanded that the DETCs should be of IAS cadre and Director Investigation of the GST should be of IPS cadre FOPSIA apprised the Kumar of the bogus billing in Punjab and submitted all details with evidentiary proofs. FOPSIA also demanded the CBI investigation of VAT Bogus Billing, FOPSIA, informed the state government that Punjab was becoming a den of bogus billing and in retail more than 80per cent transactions were bogus. The association demanded a strict action against the corrupt officials under whose connivance the whole VAT and the GST billing took place. Badish Jindal, president FOPSIA informed the officers that how the corruption took place during the settlement of cases of VAT and GST.
