BJP leaders hold medical camp for 200 patients

District vice-president Parminder Mehta said BJP believed in serving the general public, instead of doing politics for their selfish reasons. There will also be a plantation drive and awareness drives among the masses in the coming days. He said they organized a medical camp as a part of the Swachhta Hi Seva campaign just to ensure people have a sound body and mind, amid clean surroundings.On Wednesday, members of Bhartiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) will conduct a sanitation drive in Ghumar Mandi. LUDHIANA: In the ongoing Swachhta Hi Seva campaign under the Swachh Bharat Mission, local leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) organized a medical camp on Wednesday at Inder Vihar Chowk, where doctors from a private hospital — Dr Raman Mittal, Dr Anshu Mittal, Dr Paramjit Singh, Dr Satish Kumar, and Dr Rajinder Kumar — came and checked the patients.Around 200 patients had undergone a blood test, and were given free medicines.
