LUDHIANA: Taking serious note of the gang-rape incident in Ludhiana, MP Ravneet Singh Bittu on Monday said that the culprits involved in such a heinous crime would not be spared. He also assured all possible support to the victim and said that the state government was standing like a rock with her and her family. He said he was constantly in touch with senior police officials who were investigating the matter.In a press statement issued here on Monday, the Ludhiana MP said that the Punjab government would ensure that the culprits behind this incident were identified and awarded the severest punishment without any delay.
