Ludhiana: The district baseball association held a seven-day special training camp for the players of baseball men’s team at the multi-purpose hall of Guru Nanak Stadium. A total of 18 players took part in the training camp.The aim of the training programme was to bring improvement in each player’s form.Giving deatils of the camp, district baseball association president Harbir Singh Gill said, “As many as 18 local baseball players participated in the camp which was organised at Guru Nanak Stadium’s badminton court from March 7 to 14.”The objective is to prepare the players for all the national and state-level championships which are to be held in the mid of April month, Gill said.
