The authorities have failed to act against the restaurant owner.’’ She added that the loud music goes on for the entire day and stops only by late night. Loud music being played by a city-based restaurant in the area is acting as a great hindrance to them during preparations.Rashmeet Kaur who is appearing for Class X board examinations said, “My exams are going on. The music penetrates the walls of our rooms.”Commissioner of police, Sukhchian Singh Gill, said they would work on the complaint and ensure that the issue is resolved soon.
