He said weather is likely to remain partly cloudy on Sunday after which mainly sky will clear up in Ludhiana.The department predicted a gradual rise in day temperature to 34°C till Sunday whereas night temperature might increase to 18°C till Saturday followed by fall to 15°C till next Monday. Ludhiana: After remaining pleasant for most part of the month, weather has started getting hotter in the city.But according to the meteorological department, there are chances of rainfall in the next two days.On Thursday, the maximum temperature was recorded at 31.5°C, which is two degrees more than normal and the minimum was 16.2°C, which is two degrees more than normal.A department official at Chandigarh said it would be partly cloudy with possibility of rain or thunderstorm or duststorm on Friday and Saturday.
