The civic body is also planning to hold an open discussion on creating shelters for stray dogs. According to information, Lord Mahavira Civil Hospital record around 500 stray dog bite cases in a month. MC Commissioner Kanwalpreet Kaur Brar said they were organising a discussion on creating dog shelters. People would be requested to come forward to help in creating shelters for stray dogs and feed them, he said.
