Punjab faces damages of hundereds of crores due to floods. Coal, marble and wood is purchased from other states. Similarly, when Punjab supplies its water through canals, it has a right over water charges.” Bains said the Punjab Vidhan Sabha had passed a resolution on November 16, 2016 that price of water should be collected from Rajasthan but the Congress Government has not sent any bill to Rajasthan since it came into power in 2017. Earlier, the SAD-BJP government had also not sent bill to Rajasthan, said the LIP chief.
