According to police, victim Afiya Banu, 5, a resident of Sarkari Gudde, who was an LKG student at Shankarapura, was standing in front of her school vehicle, when a small boy who was playing inside the vehicle shifted the gear, which caused the vehicle to move, and run over the girl.
