Then why was he targeted by the mob?” he asked.The incident has created communal tension in the region as the attack took place in Thakur-dominated Bajhera Khurd village, while the victims belong to the adjoining Muslim-dominated Madapur village. Tight security arrangements have been put in place to avoid any untoward incident.Meanwhile, after arresting two people a day after the incident, police have not made any further progress in the case. “Two of the accused, Rakesh and Yudhisthir Singh, were arrested.
