Pune: Four men carrying weapons walked into the office of a fuel station on Lohegaon-Wagholi road and robbed cash worth Rs 29,000 after issuing threats to the attendants at around 11.20 pm on Saturday. Rahul Pingle (24), one of the employees lodged a complaint with the Airport policeon Sunday. According to the FIR, the four men were armed with sharp weapons and issued threats of dire consequences to Pingle and his three colleagues.The robbers, who were masked, smashed the cellphones of Pingle and three others and robbed cash before fleeing the spot.Assistant inspector Vijay Chandan of the Airport police said, The four fuel attendants had barricaded the entry gate and were inside the pumps office tabulating the days business. They issued threats and pretended to assault the attendants, Chandan said.
