Previously, companies would hire in large numbers and offer lower-salary packages to hundreds of students. However, this year, the number of offers from mass recruiters has significantly reduced, with only a small number of students being hired. On the other hand, there has been an increase in the number of companies offering higher salary packages, which has raised the average salary. This shift is due to the more stringent selection process and increased expectations from corporates.
