Pune: City cyber police on Wednesday arrested two more agents, both from Gaya in Bihar, from Kolkata for cheating a city-based payment gateway company of Rs 3.5 crore between August 2022 and March 2023. Rocha was arrested in Miami on Friday after a criminal complaint. The Justice Department is expected to provide more details at a court appearance. He is accused of working to promote the Cuban governments interests without registering with the Justice Department as required by law. It is unclear if Rocha has a lawyer.
