Special voter enrolment drive from Oct 27

Ranchi: The Election Commission of India would conduct the second door-to-door survey of voters and enrolment programme in the state from October 27 to December 9. Jharkhand chief election officer K Ravi Kumar on Saturday asked officials to ensure the success of the programme. Despite extensive efforts, the perpetrator has not yet been caught, but police believe he is from a rural area. Call details of cellphones used in the vicinity are also being examined for clues.
