The first meeting of the Bokaro steel City Official Language Implementation Committee (NARAKAS) for the fiscal year 2023-24 was convened under the chairmanship of Mr. B.K. Tiwari, Elected DIC of BSL, at the Conference Hall of Bokaro Residence. The meeting was attended by officials from the Government of Indias Official Language Department, including Deputy Director (Implementation)  Nirmal Kumar Dubey, as well as other officials from BSL and representatives of various member organizations of Bokaro NARAKAS.   The meeting began with the ceremonial lighting of lamps by the guests. Subsequently,  N.A. Saifi, General Manager (HR & Admin) of BSL, welcomed the guests.  Shashank Shekhar, Assistant General Manager (HR & Admin) of BSL, briefed the attendees on the status of implementation of decisions taken in the previous meeting.   Addressing the representatives of member organizations,  B.K. Tiwari,  urged everyone to ensure increased usage of Hindi in official work. He emphasized that the adoption of the latest technologies and e-tools has facilitated the implementation of official language policies and called for further momentum in this direction. Deputy Director (Implementation) Nirmal Kumar Dubey also provided necessary guidelines for ensuring official language implementation in Bokaro NARAKAS.   During the meeting, representatives of all member organizations expressed their commitment to promote the use of the official language. In conclusion,  Umesh Kumar Singh, Deputy General Manager (HR & Admin), extended a vote of thanks.
