DIC urges to Vote on May 25th for Plant`s advancement

The BSL Human Resource Development Center hosted the "New Thinking, New Direction" dialogue program with top management of the plant on May 4th. Present at the event were BSL Director-in-Charge B.K. Tiwari, Executive Director (Projects, Additional Charge Material Management) C.R. Mahapatra, ED (Finance & Accounts) Suresh Rangani, ED (Personnel & Administration, Additional Charge CSR) Rajan Prasad, Chief Medical Officer Dr. B.B. Karunamay, and other senior officials.   At the outset of the dialogue program, Director-in-Charge DIC Tiwari pledged to ensure the participation of steelworkers in voting. Under the program, Monica from the Public Relations Department provided the latest information on BSLs production, productivity, achievements, and related initiatives through presentations. Dr. Karunamay briefed about the new facilities added to the B&H. Focusing on safety,  Rajan Prasad emphasized continuous efforts for better production with a special focus on security.  Rangani emphasized on quality production commensurate with the plants capacity, along with discussions on financial aspects. Mahapatra shed light on projects related to the future expansion of the plant. In his address, DIC B.K Tiwari called upon everyone to cast their votes on May 25th and contribute wholeheartedly and mentally to the progress of the plant so that BSL remains at the forefront on all fronts.    The program also discussed aspects such as production, productivity, financial performance, as well as safety and innovations. Participants in the discussion section also presented their suggestions to senior officials on improving practices and other relevant topics.   The program was managed by Manager (HRD) Ms. Preeti Kumari and concluded with a vote of thanks by General Manager (HRD)  Neeta Ba.
